Risk Register

The PAFA have created a new Risk Register and Risk Evaluation Tool which detail all of the current (and closed) Performance Assurance risks. This is managed on a monthly basis and risks are reported to the PAC at their monthly meeting. Mitigations of these risks drive part of the PACs strategy and these are often applied to the industry through Performance Assurance Techniques including writing to parties and in the case of Read Performance, requesting Performance Improvement Plans where necessary.

The current version of the risk register is June 2022.
